I bought a pair of walking boots here which were priced a lot more than I could have bought them online because I wanted the sales service. Unfortunately although sold as waterproof they leaked so I contacted the shop several times and each time they promised to call be back but haven't. Once I would forgive but three times and 6 weeks of chasing them is rubbish service.
After three consecutive days of punctures whilst touring the Welsh coast, and struggling to find the correct sized tyre for two days ,Ben staff not only found me a tyre, he took the time to call me first thing in the morning to let me know and changed it in no time. Great service 10 out or 10.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of equipment. Highly recommended
