I recently had a disappointing experience at this shop. My friends and I went in with the intention of buying some sweets, so we started looking around to see what options were available. We were simply browsing like most customers do before deciding what to buy.nnHowever, a member of staff quickly approached us and told us we had to leave. This was confusing and frustrating because we hadn’t done anything wrong. We weren’t being loud, touching things we shouldn’t, or causing any trouble—we were just looking at the sweets and deciding what we might want.nnBeing asked to leave while we were genuinely planning to buy something made us feel very unwelcome. Shops should normally encourage customers to look around and take their time choosing, especially when there are lots of options.nnOverall, the experience was disappointing and the way we were treated felt unfair. I hope the shop improves its customer service in the future so other potential customers don’t have the same experience.
This use to be a good store but the staff are never helpful when you ask them anything that's if you can find anyone, prices are expensive now and they are not competitive like farm foods or home bargains, compared to Bangor or Llandudno stores this is very poor
An excellent B&M Home Store with a nice selection of Lego for the avid collector etc. I was very surprised that the new Lego Stuntz range of toys / models was available, and I also like the general store layout and the products on offer etc. The garden centre area is also very good. Well worth a visit. :
Staff are awesome and very friendly and accommodating for us every time we visit
What you would expect from a B&M but a little less... There seemed to be quite a few shelves empty but not sure if that's just a consequence of the pandemic. Good all round selection of items, from decor to beauty products, plants, food and stationary.
