First time visiting this store, firstly there were no baskets at the entrance yet 4 members of staff laughing and joking over the customer service counter. When using the self service checkout, a few times staff approval was needed, there were a number of staff available however not paying any attention to the customers. When paying for my items the checkout wasn’t recognising my Tesco club card, I have used it at multiple Tesco stores with no issues. The member of staff advised me I would need to pay full price and claim the money back another time.
Constant failings of systems have meant I've repeatey self scanned only to have to rescan my entire shop again because they couldnt tell me what the voided item on their system was or that theyd done a random check and accidentally scanned the item a time to many. It makes something thats supposed to simplify things drag out everything.
Great variety of products at reasonable prices. The store is well organized and checkout is always fast.
Went this morning pound would not come out of trolley, I went for assistance member of staff did not have a clue came back with a key which he could not use he then walked away just saying sorry, would not give me my pound back Disgusting service staff poorly trained, made me 20 minutes late.nI tried to phone the store to complain but no option on message for this
They didn't have enough tomatoes to allow me a good choice but the cheese was very nicenI don't really think I will ever go here again
