I am so glad I stumbled across Jackie and her wonderful seamstresses! The customer service at this boutique is AMAZING! I found my dream dress on the first visit. Jackie instantly knew what I wanted when I described my dream dress! I will definitely be bringing friends and family who want to get married to Jackie's boutique! She goes over and beyond for her customers and she even stayed late to make sure I was able to try my dress to ensure everything was perfect! Jackie completed all my alterations in just 2 days! A very multi talented woman!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars then I would! I was so nervous to go and try on dresses as I'd only given birth to my second child a few months before and I wasn't feeling very confident in myself but Jackie and her sister made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I was adamant I was having a certain style of dress and that that's what I would be leaving with but boy was I wrong! I let Jackie work her magic and I got the most perfect dress that I felt absolutely beautiful in! Jackie is amazing and so down to Earth and she really knows what she's talking about! Thank you not only for finding me the most amazing wedding dress but for also giving me my confidence back!

I bought my dress from another store and came here for my alterations and veil because it was more local and my friend came here for hers - Jackie was amazing throughout! Even when I had dieted a bit too much after my alteration appointment, Jackie had additional alterations sorted for me on short notice! I'm so glad i went here for my wedding dress. Jackie is really nice & makes you feel really comfortable. I tried on quite a few dresses and found the perfect one. She didn't rush me or limit the amount of dresses I could try on. X

can I give 10 out of 5 stars?! don't even know where to begin! Customer service is out of this world! I first met Jackie back in 2020! I went in with an idea of what I wanted. Jackie listened, understood me, we had an informal chat and a laugh, she took into consideration what I wanted and lined up a few dresses for me. She said though that firstly she wants me to try on this one particular dress first. I was open to it so why not... I tried it on. I loved it! I fell in love with it instantly! but this was the first dress in what I thought was going to be the first of many bridal boutiques... 15 dresses on the same day! later... that first dress. I had it back on and knew that that was going to be MY dress! prior to this first meeting Jackie didn't know me from Adam! how did she get it soooo right?! fast forward 2 years after one date postponement. I've just been to pick up my dress! my wedding is 2 weeks away on Saturday and I couldn't be happier with Jackie's service! I will forever recommend bespoke bridal boutique! I didn’t find my dress at the shop as I am quite petite and slim, and my dress requests are quite specific. This was my first dress appointment. However, Jackie is one of the most wonderful, helpful, and friendliest person I have ever came across. She took in consideration my body type, my likes and dislikes and she gave some good advice as to what to look for in the future. I cannot thank her enough for this pleasant experience.

I would highly recommend Bespoke Wedding Boutique to anyone. I had my first bridal appointment today; I was made to feel very comfortable / relaxed and tried on various styles, and with the help of Jackie and my bridal party I found the perfect dress! The experience was so much calmer and more fun than I expected and I’m so happy with the help & service I’ve received so far

I bought a beautiful dress from Bespoke but unfortunately had a horrendous experience with Jackie the owner. The dress was altered so badly that with only 7 days left to the wedding I had to consider buying another dress. Jackie had completed numerous alterations that had left the dress in a state where it was unwearable to the point we had to take it to a more reputable firm who, luckily, fixed the dress. We have had to pay another firm for alterations to make the dress actually fit. This is also as Jackie had purchased a dress for me in a size 16 rather than the 10 and tried to fit it from that point. Jackie's customer care is terrible and her attitude since has been disgusting. I have now been blocked by her on Facebook but feel that people should be aware of how they may get treated at this shop.  In response to your reply I have never been a size 16 in my life . The seamstress from swarbricks also really queried why you had ordered a dress 3 sizes too big for me. When I first came to try the dress on I was the same size as I am now. A size 10. At the point when I took the dress you had told me, repeatedly, that the dress was 'fine' which it wasn't. You also told me that nothing else could be taken in from it, which was untrue. In the end you had made this a horrible experience for me as it became clear getting closer to the day that you were unable to fit the dress properly. That is why a better company had to do a better job.

Wow... my first experience of wedding dress shopping and i said YES TO THE DRESS.. I was helped with trying on 13 yep 13 dresses all very unique and i bought number 2...its beautiful...i cant wait for my fittings ne t year. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable ladies..can definitely recommend..

I give bespoke wedding boutique full 5 stars as I have recently purchased my wedding dress from them and the service, care and attention given to me was superb, the alteration needed made my dress fit perfect and I'm so pleased and looking forward to my wedding day , thanks to Jackie and staff, and would recommend the bespoke wedding boutique to anyone planning their wedding.
