Time is precious, their unbelievably long and very slow moving queues at checkout are nothing short of daylight robbery of customers' time. There's really nothing that one can't find elsewhere, to justify giving Lidl the right to steal one's time. Avoid at all costs. Time is not just money, it is life.

Non branded groceries only sold. Bakery quality is the best you can get outside Selfridge's and Harrods.

Great bakery products, not easy to move round during peak times but easy to exit if you are grabbing a few bits to go through self service
