Customer service needs improving. Some staff are friendly. But some are rude and don't say nothing or are busy on phone or talk to others who are Arab mainly.. Some staff can't understand or hear properly that I have to repeat myself. Shop ain't too bad for meat or groceries but really needs improving!

Really good prices, a lot of good products, nice food. You can buy some fruit in here which is cheap and fresh as well. A very nice shop, I visit it very often, every two or three days.

The shop itself is okay, but the staff is rude and just ignores the customers,chooses to speak in their own language to others without paying attention to you... no hello, no thank you...lack of good customer service!
