I visited Tesco Extra at Lakeside today and was genuinely impressed by the customer service team very supportive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The store itself is huge, well-organized, and offers plenty of free parking, which makes shopping stress-free.nnEven though I’m not local, I always make it a point to stop by this Tesco Extra whenever I’m in Lakeside because it’s so convenient for groceries and everyday essentials. It really feels like a great asset to the local community.nnOne thing I noticed this time was that the selection of children’s school uniforms was quite limited. I hope to see more variety and options in the future.nnOverall, a fantastic place to shop with peace of mind!
Did a swoosh on line shop for delivery for my unwell son, ordered picked and packed out for delivery and delivered all within 1 hour. Very well done to Tesco this is first class service, I don't know how they achieved this during rush hour traffic around lakeside. Outstanding....thanks Tesco
Love my local tesco extra lots of disabled parking available. Plenty of shopping trolleys unlike another nearby supermarket that never has any trolleys or good parking. Safe location. No issues going alone at late night.
Big big thank you to Mary-ann and alenWho went above abd beyond today for me with finding my son any items from the stranger things range. Making calls and looking thereselfs my son who will be 14 on Saturday has autism an loves stranger things. But every shop and place wd been habe sold out and these lovley people managed to find me a stranger things house. For there help and patience and understanding made me feel so special they need to be mentioned to the managers about how great these two people was. Im still looking for more bits but the house they found me was the perfect start. Thank you so much for all your help and time today
“I was very disappointed to find an expired product on the shelf at Tesco. The item had clearly passed its best before/use by date, yet it was still available for sale. This raises concerns about quality control and product checks in the store. Customers expect fresh and safe products, and selling expired items is unacceptable.nnAfter noticing the expired product on the shelf, I approached the store staff and asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the managers were not helpful and did not take my concern seriously. Instead of addressing the issue or apologizing, they seemed indifferent. This kind of attitude is very disappointing and makes the shopping experience even worse. Tesco should ensure that managers are trained to handle customer complaints with professionalism and respectntoday it is 05.09. And pasta was expired from 29.08
