Hi we were at your store at lakeside Essex . Done our shop using a scanner , during the shop the scanner kept glitching with trying to do prices had to do some several times , wasn’t it couldn’t see bar code , we normally do big weekly shops , we got to the check out . And it called up for a staff member , he then said we needed to do a partial scan , he went through 33 items then said 4 packs of kippers wasn’t on there , I know I put them on the scanner . He then said had to do full scan , from the start again … we tipped the stuff out off our bags into the trolley and left . I know I scanned these items and don’t like being made to look like a thief . We spent a good deal of money with Tesco and I will now be looking else where

Very big Tesco. Massive car park. Always space available. Hopefully they will introduce more halal selections. Store is well organised, well stocked.
