One of the best places for grocery shopping with all essential facilities under one roof. The store is spacious, clean, and well-organized. A great variety of fresh produce, bakery items, meat, and household products are always available.nnOne of the biggest advantages is the large and easily accessible parking area, which is free and well-managed. There’s plenty of space, even during busy hours, which makes shopping stress-free. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the self-checkout machines are quick and efficient.nnThe store also includes toilets, disabled access, baby changing facilities, and even a café for a quick bite. Definitely a convenient spot for regular shopping with a comfortable experience every time.

Leaving a review as I was followed with a can of redbull to the service desk by Wunmi who accused me of trying to steal it and when I challenged her about it, she screamed at me calling me a rude Muslim whilst waving her hands around the air and pointing at my hijab. Been coming here for years and always had a good experience but after today I’m traumatised that someone who is Islamophobic works there. Thanks to the manager Angela who witnessed some of the situation and took my complaint.
We when for a lunch, and the food was lovely.nAnd the kids eat free, with one adult meal :nnParking is :park&display but, if you but something inside the store, they will give you some money back.
I recently popped into the Morrisons store in Grays and had a fantastic experience, all thanks to the amazing Nikki, who I believe is the manager on the late shift. I was on a mission to grab about 50 boxes of water, but they weren’t on the shop floor. Nikki really went the extra mile to help me out. She quickly checked the stock room, found the pallet, and made sure I got exactly what I needed.nnHer commitment and readiness to assist were truly impressive. Not only was Nikki super efficient, but she was also incredibly friendly and professional. She really showed what excellent customer service looks like, leading the way and ensuring my needs were met with a warm smile.nnI’m really thankful for her help and want to give her a big shout-out for her outstanding service. Morrisons is fortunate to have such a dedicated and customer-oriented team member. Thank you, Nikki, and the whole team at Morrisons Grays, for making my shopping experience so enjoyable!
