Visited the store this afternoon Friday 9th Jan, around half 2 pm, there were 2 cashiers on the shopping trolley checkouts, I joined a queue with the fewer customers, then was told by the cashier they were closing that till? It was very awkward as the lady sort of yelled it passed 4 customers that were already in front of me and they all turned and looked at me like I’d done something wrong by joining the shopping queue. But I moved to the remaining open queue which had a number of customers annoyed waiting, after which more joined, when finally I got to the front of the line, miraculously 2 other staff arrived and opened 2 other tills to serve, which was great if I had just not wasted so much of my time queuing and wasn’t at the front having put my shopping on the counter, bit annoyed about this as it was a friday afternoon and I only had a small shop £40
Great choice of products. Opening hours suit my lifestyle. The morning staff on self checkouts are amazing especially Tuesday and Thurshsday. And free apples fir kids
The store isn't as large as some others but for the area, it's got a reasonably good range overall. Sadly, the ladies on the customer service table are in need of some training on how to speak to customers with respect. They will be quick to make sarcastic and disparaging comments, but when challenged, will immediately try to shut down the conversation. Unfortunately with the poor outlook of the economy, and low intake of high quality applicants, employees like this will continue to grow where this behaviour is acceptable by the company leaders further tarnishing the name. One day, management should wake up and train their staff better on customer service.
I received a parking ticket which was out of time to pay the lower amount I have used Tesco in Trafford Baguely Sale etc I usually shop late evening was not aware that they were charging for parking there I was at Tesco Baguely arrived 22.36 and according to Tesco left 00.02. The parking was 13th December I received the fine 28th December so I was unable to pay the lower amount it does not state how long you can park on their car park on the letter so I was there according to the letter less than 1 and half hours at a cost of £70 so that ends my shopping altogether for me. Some of the staff are extremely rude if you just ask a question. They have very few staff also the customers are expected to serve themselves and now these charges are introduced can see myself shopping at Tesco’ any longer I used to enjoy browsing through the clothing and home section so obviously Tesco care not a frigg for the customer. Please send me the details of who I write to regarding lots of complaints.
Came to store which is openbut unable to return stuff because 'customer service' is closed. What does that even mean?... If I bought something at the checkout and there's a mistake, can I not return it? Absolutely nonsense
