Can find most things with this being a big Tesco but came here specifically to say a big thank you to the kind and thoughtful Harry who was working on the self checkouts today. Picked up some bargain sushi only to find that one of the containers was leaking sticky sauce all over me! Not only did he sort out the leaking package but he offered to wrap it up and sorted out cleaner for my hands. Great customer service! Is really appreciated Harry.
After having detoured from the station due to an accessible lift water flooding issues, we found the Tesco on our way to the Altrincham town centre shops.nnWe crossed the walk bridge as I needed to use the toilet facilities. Wow how totally amazing the toilet is & should be receiving an award for the equisetum and immaculate condition. Themed, wall stencilled and flowers...A must see on your travels.nnThe store itself amazingly spacious and after having purchased what I needed, a firm decision was unanimously reached to revisit this gem and highly recommended for a quality and satisfying shopping experience.nnWell done Tesco.
This is a large grocery store that has just about everything. It reminds me of a Walmart on just a slightly smaller scale, especially in regards to the clothing section which is mostly women's and children's clothes. They have scanners that allow you to scan your items as you shop and there are plenty of self checkout stations which allows for a very quick checkout. The prices are also very reasonable.
Great store, very clean with lots of things for sale, and the hot chocolate is a 9/10 for having the chocolate taste.
To the lady at Customer Service on the 11th of April 2024 , 3:30pm. I came to return a faulty electrical item and you refused to understand that you can trace my purchase through my club card and I even told you about my bank payment evidence, I explained how I can show you the store number from my bank balance.nYou refused all my explanation!nYou offered no customer service today and you need to do your job properly.nI told you I will go to another Tesco store and yes I did that…and the problem is solved.
