Similar experience as previous review. Miserable staff! I was served by ‘Emily’ who was too busy talking with a colleague whilst serving me, didn’t give me what I had asked for twice! Queue building up, got the receipt wrong, huffed at me when I asked for one. And then after I said thank you for the awful service she ignored me! Make better life choices if you are unhappy ‘Emily’. Sainsbury’s across the road is 100% better service and friendly staff
Not happy with my shop delivery. Forgot to bring my milk. Was advised it would arrive the following morning, but didn't. When rang I this evening as milk still not delivered, phone was answered twice but then phone was put down. This is the 4th time there has been an issue with delivery from this store.
Check out staff need to change jobs if their so unhappy, always made to feel like it's too much trouble to serve me. Bags just chucked at you when you ask for one and items left out of reach due to plastic screen. Sainsburys over the road much better and staff polite and helpful.
Extremely expensive. 1 till open with 6 people in queue. 5 people trying to use self check out with all but one broken. If you are going to charge Waitrose prices you should provide a suitable level of customer service. I suspect people assume prices will be Aldi level as the shop is so cheap looking with a beggar and Big Issue seller always outside. It is very expensive for many everyday items. Sainsbury's across the road offers far better value for money.
Queue at till but rapidly served.
Staff are so miserable and unfriendly. Also the staff shopping for online/ click and collect, never move for you and always make me feel I’m in the way!! Store is too small for the amount of staff doing that job!
Very handy store with convenient parking, not always the cheapest but is very ethical so you cant complain. Never had an issue with any product from Co-op and are usually of the slightly higher quality and that is why the prices can be slightly more as you pay for quality. Timperley co-op is well maintained and the staff are always pretty chatty and polite and the store is well stocked.
Nice little store with all the essentials of daily use. Very friendly staff. I once bought an item and forgot it at the self checkout till. I remembered it the next day and went to the store and told em about it. The staff took the time to view the cctv and confirm I forgot the item and gave me one. Very pleased
New improved coop in Timperley is bright, clean and well-stocked for a mid sized village store. Staff always polite and very helpful - they will take you to the product that you are looking for and are well versed in which products they stock. Only complaint is that the fast, self-service tills only accept card payments and not cash.
Always had a pleasent experience shopping onine with you. The only issues i have is that on one occasion My order was cancelled because the item was not in stock, i was not informed of this until i phoned the store 1 hour after my expected delivery time & to be told of this.why couldn't the store phone me to inform me off this & offer me a alternative ? The other issue is that i have 2 other stores closer to me who don't offer the home delivery service why is this ? 7
