Adequate Tesco. Popped in here while in Callander, I've never been in an express before and I found the layout a bit weird. It has a small fruit and veg section, frozen and fresh food plus household items, sweets, crisps etc. Selection of chilled wines and beers in fridge but most alcohol is sold behind the counter. Good enough for bits and pieces and nice to have a Tesco in the area to get items at a decent price. Situated across the road from the water, it must do a roaring trade, years since I've been in Callander and this is a welcome addition to the area and it's within walking distance to the car parks.
Inadequate parking for such a busy tourist spot. Small Tesco with no toilets, they are on Station Street nearby. While we were there, 3 motor homes came in and created mayhem. Maybe a sign saying “ no motor homes” would be a good idea.

Small tesco on the edge of town. It had everything I needed. It's busy and parking can be problem.

While shopping in Tesco Express Callander today between 11.30 & 12, I accidentally spilt a coffee that I had just purchased. I had my 4 year old grandson with me and he was sitting in the trolley when this happened. The checkout assistant was so lovely and told me not to worry, she immediately called another assistant to mop up the coffee. She then told me to take my grandson and my shopping to the car and a young assistant got me a fresh coffee. Just before entering the shop I had discovered my 94 year old mother was very ill. I was feeling very emotional, this lovely checkout assistant was so kind and she recognised that I was upset. I didn’t get your name but I really want to thank you for helping me today.
Free car Park outside which is often full because it is a bit small. The store has good variety of groceries and the self scanning actually works there : At times when it is a bit busy i believe it should have more staff or cashiers available. However most times it is sufficent.
Excellent customer service, the shop assistant couldn't have been more helpful
