The shop floor seems to double as a warehouse. Every single time I visit, there are pallets piled up in several aisles. They seem to particularly enjoy putting a stack of pallets in front of the meal deals at around lunchtime. Not only does this take up space in an already small shop, but it actually makes some items inaccessible.nnI understand restocking has to happen and sometimes this has to take up space on the shop floor, but I can't help but feel like the pallets are just left there out of convenience for the employees.nnWant Clubcard Pricing so you don't have to pay the extortionate regular prices? Don't bother going to self check out. The two self check outs will pretty much never scan your club card. You see people frantically waving their phone under the machine, hoping it'll eventually work. You then see them doing the walk of shame to the manned tills.nnAs a result, the check out lines can be quite long. In the self check out line, you have people struggling with their clubcard. At the manned till, you have a lot of people waiting some with very small shops which they'd probably usually just use the self check out for just so they can get their clubcard scanned.
Poor opening times. I arrived at 07:06. Shutters still down. I left at 07:15 empty handed. Wenzels got my business instead.
Products were on shelves with wrong SEL in front of them . Very annoying when 2 items had to be cancelled on the self service tills and had to wait for someone to assist twice. Staff lack customer service. Not a friendly experience. Would not recommend .
Nice small grocery store with good customer service and adequate goods selection.
I was in this store one hour ago. Lovely staff always a smile and ask how you are. Go there every week.
