Lovely place having parking placenSuperstore
you are even contemplating of ordering a cake or any food from Sainsburys, please don’t!!! I ordered two Rainbow cakes to collect from the Marlow store this afternoon just before my son’s birthday party. I got there half an hour before the party was due, to collect the order and after a lot of time where they made me wait around, they told me they don’t have my cakes and they can’t help with anything! I guess I was lucky I did not order the platters of sandwiches I also had in mind to order from them as we would have also been out of food too! The cakes were both £30 each and paid for, got an email to say the cakes are ready to be collected on the day. You can imagine my disappointment and utter shock when they told me they do not have the cakes! I went and grabbed the first cakes I could from the shelf. There were no attempts rectify the situation and the attitude of the three staff members who were ‘serving’ me literally made the situation much unbearable. I had to literally ask the manager for a refund and also demanded an apology which came out… just about!!! They simply did not even care! Now I simply refuse to shop at any Sainsburys anywhere! By the looks of things and the awful reviews plus lack of food quality! I would not be surprised if Sainsburys are going under! Used to be such a great supermarket to shop at, they literally need to fire everyone and start afresh!

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!nIt is impossible to get through to the store by telephone!!!nIt is also impossible to use the online chat system!!!
A convenient medium sized store. It used be very good with fresh meat, fish and pizza sections but these have closed and are replaced with shelves of bulk buy discounted items in various random brands. Not as clean as it used to be and heavier security presence. Does the job.
