Took a 20 pound winning scratch card here to cash, the cashier told me the machine was buffering she then told me the machine wasn't working and asked how much the win was, I took the scratch card to another shop where they told me it had been paid!! I went back to this co op to complain, basically they didn't want anything to do with it, they stole my winnings! Avoid this place they have dishonest staff working here
I've been using this co-op for a couple of years. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, reviewers saying otherwise need to go and fix their own attitudes. Go touch some grass and get real.
I always thought coop was a cheap shop , but i dont think it is .but the staff are very friendly.
Couldn't be more helpful. Was shopping with my toddler not long before they were due to close. My son got his second wind and was a bit of a handful. The shop manager and assistant kindly offered to pack my bags and help me take them to the car. The store is clean and well laid out with decent offers and prices. Free parking included. Thanks guys for making my life just a little easier tonight. Your kindness shone through and is an example for us all.
