Had to pick up a Tesco click and collect order there yesterday. Four items ordered were delivered separately in three parcels on different days. I brought my order print out but instead of concentrating on the order number, the assistant was looking all over the paper and typing who knows what into her machine. She went away and came back with one parcel containing two items and said that's all there was. After telling her that tracking had indicated that all four items were ready for collection she went away and came back with one more parcel insisting that there were no more. I had to ask for the manager who eventually found my fourth item not scanned in a different back room. What a complete shambles. I doubt that I will ever use Tesco click and collect again.

Great little store which stays open much longer than its bigger neighbours.

Avoid the rude young Indian girl if shes on the tills and you'll have a pleasant experience. Unless you like having your change thrown back at you. Not the first time it's happened - next time I will name you for your employer to hopefully instill some manners.
