Horrible staff. Older lady named Jane who joined in 2010, according to her name badge was extremely rude and incompetent when checking us out. She managed to fall the payment for 2 people in front of us and did the same thing when we went to pay, all while berating the customers for what was clearly her fault. Not impressed, shop elsewhere.
Happy to help staff well stocked disabled friendly
Got a few coffees this morning and was challenged to make sure I was going to pay for them while still in the store. Extremely rude young "man" even told the cashier to make sure I paid for all drinks. Generally I have no problems and normally helpful staff which I know on first name terms.
Visited at lunch time so very busy, no staff around to ask for help.
Well stocked and friendly staff, good opening hours and good selection
They are an absolute disaster, always running out of products, short of staff only use one human till sometimes two 0f 5 and self-service tills are a nightmare to use. If u whant freshbread in the morning u might be lucky or not as there isn't a set time when they have it ready and the quality of it is very poor.
Good friendly service
Queues are very likely and the shop tends to be very crowded with narrow aisles. They also don't give cash back, I suppose that little bit less helps give them 1
Very convenient. Only cash machine in Lyme Regis. Off to finish a kitchen now we have stocked up on tea and milk.
Despite a few negative reviews, I found the place had everything I needed, the service was quick and the overall presentation was clean and tidy.
