Nice lamb and Jamaican pasties. Their bacon and cheese puff had not cooked the bacon first so had the fatty rind still inside. Otherwise all great.

Ordered a Steak and Stilton Pasty - I'm not sure where the Stilton was, but I could only assume that the "steak" part was a liquid paste. Plus it was lukewarm in parts, cold in the rest. When I order steak I want to see and taste steak. £2.40 for a small pasty is pushing it, but not worth it in terms of taste.

We called in here for a bacon roll for breakfast shortly after they opened on Saturday 26th of August. There were one and a half rashers of bacon inside which were so hard you could snap them. Inedible. Roll was ok. Teabag left in the cup which wasnt pleasant. Wouldnt go again.

Gary & Colleen and the staff make food that is simple, and simply delicious. Their chicken and leek pies are mouth-wateringly good and their caramel & pecan yum-yums are addictive. Pay them a visit and your mouth will thank you!

One word - Horrible! The service was terrible. It was made quite clear to me that I had heavily inconvenienced the staff member that I had the misfortune to meet by simply asking for a product. She thought it ridiculous that I didn't want her to use the bag she had just used for meat goods for my vegetarian items, and god forbid I should dictate the temperature of MY coffee that I'M paying for!!! In addition, I asked for a vegetable pasty and to my disgust on biting into it I had received an unusual chickpea and curry combination. I would normally have gone back to rectify the situation but I was dissuaded by the possibility of another bout of sighing and eye rolling commonplace among petulant children. In summary, I will not be going back!
