Visited the Bath store. A lovely shop with a genuine dog loving manager. Our dog was fitted with her coat. We also bought a new harness and two leads with shock absorbers (amazing devices). We called back again for one of the funky collars and bandana. Thank you for your advice, help and non pressurised sales.

I bought the wrong size door collar and live too far to return. Pug & Puffin exchanged no problem and sent a dog biscuit Great customer service and lovely shop to visit.

Fantastic shop and service, Freddie loves his posh new harness, collar and lead. He loved the Frozen Yogurt treats even more, thank you for all your help with his new harness 🐶🐶🐶🐶
