A good selection of original and local products available, I was enjoying my visit today. However, upon a simple query of slightly reducing the asking price of a product, of which I had asked in a polite manner and had assumed it was appropriate due to the store in question being an independent retailer, a member of staff was noticeably rude and unhelpful. Glaring at me and saying "Why do you want to reduce the price?" was asked, I'm sure the manager would agree "Unfortunately we cannot reduce the price, sorry Sir." would be far more appropriate and helpful. I don't normally leave reviews but I would like to mention about the level of rudeness of the member of staff so it may be improved for future customers. They have lost a sale and a future customer today, along with my friends whom were equally unimpressed.

Absolutely LOVE this shop , the sales team are always cheerful , helpful and friendly. The products are delicious and beautifully packed up for us . We always stock up from here when we come to visit Lyme Regis :) x
