One of the checkout girls does not pay attention to what the customer is saying creating an unnecessary misunderstanding. The lady manager is awesome she steps in and take care of the situation efficiently.nIt's a very convenient place to shop though, it was just that checkout girl that can spoil anyone's visit
Thank goodness they've sorted the smell out! It's back to being a shop again. Would be great if there weren't always cages in the aisles and fridges propped open...
I came tonight at 21:58 and the lady inside literally locked the door in my face. Asked her if I could quickly get in for some milk, and rudely pointed to the door lock with her fingers not even looking at me in the eyes. I know it was late, but if it’s not 22:00 the door should be still open, and you don’t need to be rude. Very disappointed.
Shows as accepting Collect+ parcels, but doesn't accept parcels! A 30cm X 30cm X 30cm parcel think shopping basket size is apparently too big. Genuinely looked at me as if I was carrying toxic waste, had absolutely no interest in serving me or helping me, just wanted me gone. If you want friendly and helpful service, this is not the store to go to. Use the Londis down the road.
