I use this regularly for sending parcels through Evri. The staff have always been welcoming, efficient and smiling. That's why I'm happy to keep using this place.
The woman always chewing gum is the most incompetent rude cashier I've ever encountered. I have had to interact with her multiple times and each time she has been this way. She can't read names on parcels or ID, she forgets to ask customers for signatures then fakes them herself I literally just witnessed this. Just now when I wanted to deliver a parcel, she repeatedly told me that she can't scan my QR code and that I need to print it off at home, despite the shipping instructions saying I don't need to print anything. After 2 minutes of back and forth she finally told me there's a scan it yourself machine in the shop. She messed up the machine by faking a signature so now I'm having to go to another evri parcel shop
I sent a parcel today which was fragile and the lady Emilia in the shop threw the parcel in the corner instead of just placing it where it should have been. Extremely rude!
Love this store. Good choice. Pricing accurate at till. Friendly staff. Plenty of offers. Free parking and an ATM outside the door. Also electric charging point in shared car park outside.
Used to shop here 2-3 times a week pre covid but I don’t bother anymore, barely stock anything of interest.nnOne word to describe this shop?… BLANDnnNothing special in terms of products, alright to grabs some milk or bread from but if you’re looking for snacks, drinks, meals etc I’d take the extra 5 mins I’d take hunting for something to buy to go down the road to go to the Morrisons or Sainsburys as they are never really stocked wellnnAlso often used to find myself coming home to find that the products I had bought were out of date!?
