Shelves were well stocked and, although busy, we're tidy too. Everything I looked at had a shelf price too. Coukd find something and stuff we're very helpful and, even at the till we're chatty and welcoming. So different from my usual local store, hugely better.
We shopped at Lidl, Wolverton, Milton Keynes early on Sunday 6th April 2024.nCraig was fantastic.nStore not too busy and fully stocked.nAt tills it is often a race for us to try to load our shopping onto conveyor belt, before the member of staff on till starts throwing our shopping past scanner causing it to pile up, at far end, because we are still unloading from our trolley.nThen it takes us/anyone twice as long to pack shopping back into the bags in trolley, so whizzing everything through till has saved no time.nCraig understood this.nHe waited patiently for us to unload shopping onto the conveyor, and when we were ready, at far end, started scanning it through the till and passing it calmly to us.nWhat an asset Craig is to Lidl.nMaking our shop a calm experience, instead of a stressful one.nPlease thank him
Just like as always, another great Lidl supermarket. Huge selection of foods, drinks, toys, you name it. Definitely recommended.
Really impressive store in the new Lidl format. Nice bakery and everything presented in nice glass door chillers or we'll merchandised shelves.nnMost importantly, the prices are great. I got an amazing amount of stuff for just £18
Prices are somewhat cheaper than Sainsbury next door but Lidl is extremely crowded with queues stretching from one end to another. Selection is smaller than other supermarkets with mainly basic necessity.
