Generally friendly and helpful staff. It's a little shop which gets very busy during rush hour and a bit messy during this time. Has all the essentials which you would need though. Just around the corner from the homeless shelter so there is usually someone outside asking for spare change, but they're generally not rude or pushy.

Auto-tellers here even worse than usual. Dirty glass over readers obviously not cleaned in a long time. Staff unattentive to auto-tellers so I had to abandon and join long queue which had been allowed to develop before one extra teller emerged despite obvious availability of staff. Shop very untidy and obviously dirty in places. Three packers not really packing but chatting and blocking one aisle (unconsciously perhaps) preventing access. Almost every vertical set of fridge doors only half closed, askew and near jammed. I did not buy anything fresh or "refrigerated" and would not, here. Everything a real mess. Other Tesco Express stores are better. But here? Never again.
