My 12 year old Grandson was here this morning he visited the toilet and while washing his hands a member of staff came out of a cubicle and did not wash his hands. I was concerned as he proceeded to work and touch things people buy. Very impressed. I don't have a Morrisons locally, so I've only ever been just a couple of times, so when I saw this store in Woking, I felt it was worth popping in. I didn't buy much, but what I did was excellent value for money and stable. Everyday necessities were notably cheaper. Well laid out and an attractive coffee shop at the front of the store and conveniently placed toilets.
A good value for money quality breakfast. Well presented and the veggie sausages were not dry like most places. And guess what, polite hard working staff who looked after their patrons. The lady cooking breakfast and the one on the till, both professionals! These days that's very rare. It's a shame I don't live in Woking otherwise I would be visiting this store more often. I'm really hoping the weybridge branch is as good.
Very disappointing breakfast. The cafe was empty so no pressure for preparing food. The fried eggs were very greasy and the yolks overcooked, one had a solid yolk and the other was barely runny. Probably the worst sausages I have ever experienced, bland flavour and the insides looked like they were all filler, if there was any meat in them it was doing a good job of disguising itself as breadcrumbs Bacon was wafer thin. Mushrooms were ok but appeared and tasted like they were microwaved. Black pudding was a little dry, as though it had been sitting for some time. Hash browns were fine, typical frozen ones. The only redeeming item was the fried bread, thickly sliced and cooked to a golden brown with the least oil you can expect in fried bread.
Once again, drove into the petrol station next to Morrisons. Do you know, it dispenses petrol and diesel f you have a vehicle into which you can stick the nozzle of the pump device? Amazing, isn't itnnPlease Google Maps, ask me to comment when we actually visit somewhere, not just drive past.
