today I come to this medium to report one of its employees. I am a customer who stops at this store every night to shop daily. of my home. Spending approximately 20 to 40 pounds every night I have always been very respectful and some of their employees deserve my respect however today I was the victim of an employee. that I manipulate the payment I gave him. stealing £5 from my face which made me. I have been very disappointed, I have been shopping at this place for years and today for the first time. I felt tremendous disappointment.nn
Petrol is kind of expensive here. They do have a decent range of food and drinks that you could need for a small shop or snack break.nnHas a small number of parking spots and turns onto the Tolworth high-street at the exit.nnHas staff toilets.

Only good thing is that this petrol station is 24hrs sometimes convenient. Staff are rude and security guard follows you and makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. There are two lady staff that are incredibly nice, well spoken and very kind. Wouldn’t come here if you are in a hurry as queues are always long no matter what time. The self scanning machines never work and staff dont bother to sort them out. Clubcard never scans on the self machines. Boxes everywhere in rails blocking the pathways and staff are always stocking which stops you from getting what you want. Very negative experience shopping here i will not be returning.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff are rude and unhelpful, they prioritise getting stock out over customer service. There are always cages of stock in the way and cardboard all over the floor. On numerous occasions I’ve been followed around the shop by the security guard and made to feel like a criminal whilst shopping. I’ve also found when you’ve been served if you pay in cash they don’t give small change back, I’ve had to ask for my change a few times as they either don’t count it properly or just assume they can keep it. And that’s when you can even get service at the til… I’ve stood there for over 10 minutes before whilst staff are working stock instead of acknowledging the que forming. Rubbish management. I must say there is a young lady member of staff who is happy, polite and always helpful unlike her colleagues.
