Good helpful advice. Delivery a bit slow but small price to pay for free delivery, installation and removal of old appliance.

We've used A3 Appliances a few times and always felt we got good value and great service. However, on this occasion, we needed a new microwave. They gave us incorrect information about what models were available and sold us a much more expensive model than we needed. But then they supplied a different, less expensive model. When we queried the error, they resisted making a refund, and during the complaint phonecall, their web price for the model we had received miraculously increased in price by £20, so we only got the refund on the reduced difference in price. This was shabby service and pretty shabby ethics. We would not use this store again.

I have had a few appliance over the years and the service has been great. The staff are very helpful and the deliver guys go above and beyond to help when fitting the machines. I would recommend A3 and I have to my friends and family. Thanks David
