Very well priced and the staff are always polir and friendly. It's almost like a 99p shop though where in there are some items you'll normally find what you want (basic foods/toiletries) whereas other stuff tends to be more whatever is in at that time. There's a car park at the back but watch out for the huge potholes

Very good value for money find they have good offers on brand items being up to £2 cheaper than other supermarket.

Absolutely nothing in this store. We took a day out just to go to this store & we were excited However it was not what we expected. Had nothing at all. So wouldn't go to tolworth b&m ever again. We have been to other of these stores & some things are ok, but not a place we would be interested in visiting again.

I find this store always has its delivery all over the floor! Not good when you are trying to get around with a double buggy! Also the staff just carry on talking about their private lives when they can see you are trying to get through, so end up moving the boxes and everything else myself! I find they are rude and not interested in their customers at all! Go to the tills, there is only 1 till I can get through with my baby twins (pushchair is the width of a wheelchair), that is never open! Staff on the smaller aisle tills see me put my stuff on and walk off as have to go through the the bigger one round to the other side just to pay. They never jump on the bigger aisle till! If it was a wheelchair user they would probably do the same! There are alot of twin mums about in this area now, yet the staff just watch you struggle! Absolute joke of a store!

I came here for a bargain and left with a headache. I don't understand. Deals were acceptable though. Got a dog outfit that didn't fit for £5.
