Jamie and laura are two of the best works i have seen in this tesco express. Honestly they are such lovely people and deserve alot of respect. Especially since they work night shifts till very early mornings and have to do and deal with alot. I have had many interactions with them and have helped me a significant amount every time i come in. They deserve alot of admiration for the work they do and the service they provide i haven't seen anything to that standard before, so truly they are one of a kind and deserve more than they get. So jamie and laura i respect to a very high extent.
Disgusting customer service. Two customers skipped in front of the queue and the staff just ignored it after I had stated I was first in line serveral times!! I Left the store in the end as I had one item to pay for and they continously served others who were not queuing in the correct spot where the staff had placed the signs. Shopped in here quite frequently before, but this one particular staff member has always been extremely rude. Never says hello, often continues to chat to other staff members while serving you and does not acknowledge you at all. I will now never be returning.
It's was still too busy at anytime to get them ready for Christmas card and present for the families and friends get together members again soon one love from me James Laudat who can't wait to see you soon again.
DO NOT USE PAY AT PUMP.nnFilled my car with £10.00 of petrol on pump 4 and paid at the machine to see when they payment came up on my phone that they had charged me £50.00 for pump 2 which wasnt even my pump....When i went into the store to query this the cashier told me that it wasnt possible and must've been somehting i done. Was then passed onto another colleague to prove that i wasnt lying so showed the reciept which said £10.00 at pump 4 and my bank statement which said £50.00 at pump 2. She said that it wasnt there fault but it was my banks fault Don't see how that came to that conclusion. Upon speakimg to my bank they told me that tesco have to refund the money as they've frauded me out of my own money. So phoned tescos back up in the late afternoon and explained that the bank said it is completely there responsibility this is happened and they have to refund the money, They took my details and i was told that i'd recieve a phonecall from the store manager to get this resolved and get my money back which i am still waiting for. Terrible service.
Staff are very rude! It's happened more than once at this petrol station including tonight! Definitely won't bother anymore. Vile.
