“I’ve been shopping at Lidl for three years without any problems, but over the past few months, I’ve had issues with one staff member. She wore a pink Christmas jumper today and is always rude, not just today. However, today was the final straw, which is why I’m writing this. She often gives unpleasant looks, making me feel uncomfortable, as if I’m doing something wrong. While I don’t expect a smile, basic courtesy would go a long way. The rest of the staff are fantastic, but I hope she gets a taste of her own medicine and finds some positivity and happiness. Sharing this feedback at 5 PM on Friday.”
I am disappointed that shopping at Lidl has been spoilt by the lack of small trolleys.i am 78 and can’t manage the large ones. The wheeled baskets are unacceptable because they have to be loaded after placing products on the counter. This morning I could not lift the basket high enough as so many stacked up, plus I then had to carry heavy bags out to my car. Does this mean you are not having small trolleys any more? The till assistant told me that a lot were taken away, if so I will have to go to to a shop that does have them. So will a lot of shoppers with age and health issues.
Don't get too excited, it's just a supermarket. Prices are reasonable, although many of the brands aren't recognisable. I like browsing the tools section, but you tend to see the same things each time.
I have been to this particular store a few times now...nBut find myself in a should I shouldn't I shop here.nThe store generally is well stocked and staff are polite.nMy only issue is the queuing they have a think 7 tills but never seem to have any more then 2 open at any given time..nNot the place to shop if you are looking for a quick hop in hop out shopping experience.
Good parking always have what I need staff always helpful and friendly.
