Sick of this place, they are so unorganised, never have forks for the meal deals. I have to treck around asking staff members if they can look if there is any and some of them CBA and don't want to know.  I had to buy metals ones so I could have my meal deal that I was looking forward to on my lunch break but I'm sick of it, so will be looking to be taking my lunch raks at Morrisons now.  They say "People keep taking them", that's no excuse, leave the forks at the tills then and let the cashiers issue 1 fork per meal deal, you will save all them meals going to waste because no one can buy them because there is no forks, not just lost revenue but also food wastage and loss of customers.  Customer services if you actually care then get in touch and tell me your doing something about it

Good selection of foods plenty of parking all be the spaces a little tight it was refreshing to see at least 6 staffed tills much better than the self service ones.. the cashier was very polite and accommodating, the elderly gentleman before me was slow to pack but she didn’t rush him which was lovely to see have upmost respect for her

Came in today, was simply looking at alcohol, staff simply presumed we were underage we aren’t instead of asking made us uncomfortable followed us around the store the whole time even at the tills. Was being eyed up and down ever isle, could’ve simply asked if we had ID instead of talking about us to other members of staff making comments about our age. Amazing customer service… not.

Generally well stocked, friendly staff. Plenty of parking. The Giant Tesco signs on top of the building could do with a good clean, makes the building look untidy/dirty.

Worst of the Tesco's in this area. Staff can be rude and now it's self service tills mainly, which makes things take longer. Plus, why am I doing there job, at this rate you'll be dumping it all in the loading bay and we'll just get everything from the pallets, would save your paying people to put them so the shelf.

.. the self-serve sends you in the wrong directly to get out, and they're making the trolley checkouts self serve too. With low stock levels and short use by dates, this Tesco feels like it's in a fatal spiral.

The new till system of having self service tills throughout the store is a terrible idea. The person who thought it would be helpful should probably be fired because they clearly have no idea how anything works.

Friendly staff easy to navigate always clean and don't forget the tesco cat that sits at the front door

Very quiet on a Saturday evening. Petrol is the cheapest in the area by a few pence per litre. Store has a Timpson and a cafe which is to the right of the entrance. Good range of products and plenty of cashiers. Hand car wash from £5 in the car park.

After years of visiting this store with my mum who is in a wheelchair, I have to say this store has made it extremely difficult for me. Parking for disabled has always been very limited to say the least but that isn't even the problem anymore. The store is that fixed on keeping shoplifters out that it is nearly impossible for wheelchair users to get around. Security gates to get in and out and at every checkout, do they not realize that these gates will not stop the whippet shaped, high on drugs shoplifters, if they want to get out they will . we however will be using a more accessible store in future.
