I called in today 29/6/21 to drop some items off at 12.00 I went to the back of the shop as the assistant was very busy serving a customer noticed a lady in the back and said can I please drop the bag off here she tutted and gazed up to the heavens. I didn't snap back as it looked like she was having a bad day she then said I need to know what you are leaving looked in the top of the bag said I'm not taking that card board box and I won't take odd glasses I explained the glasses where a box set she didn't look at anything else just said she wouldn't take anything I turned round and left and went to the red cross shop afterwards they where more than happy to take the items. I do think more customer training is needed at this shop as I won't be calling back any time soon
