Absolutely disgusting left the shop shaking in utter anger.
Went in one day one lady was so helpful so nice and friendly so I even helped her fold and put away the costumes I'd tried on. Other woman ridiculously rude unpleasant not helpful AT ALL . Anyway went in the next day (today) and again so rude unprofessional and utter B****..... asked to try 2 costumes on I had to let the nice lady at the till open. To be approached by the RUDE woman and told I'm only allowed to try on half a costume jacket not the skirt  from this she said its me thats gotta fold um up and put them away (((( you mean do your job luv )))) WOW. Got to say iv NEVER known anything like this EVER I wouldn't waste your money or time in this place. Over priced,unfriendly, and made to feel like an utter inconvenience to there day at WORK

Went to this shop yesterday and today. Found the staff extremely rude and ignorant apart from one lady. Asked to try on oufits and was told that they wasn't very good. I'm sure that would be my choice. Also they were so unhelpful basically didnt want to take the outfits out if the packets because they would have to actually put them back. Tried saying  you don't need to try on all the outfit together because it would fit. You need to do this for the full effect!!! They are there to try and help you and make some money, obviously they don't need to. I will not be giving them my custom ever again! Totally disgusted is an underststement. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone god help you if you visit here.

Went in today with my mum and anty for our fancy dress outfits ataff was friendly and helped us all with the things we needed the shop had lots to choose from. Was abot more expensive than online but what do u expect it is a shop after all... even with being 8 months pregnant i got the help to find a lovwly outfit thankyouuu...
