Lived in the area having moved from London, over 12 years and have never had a problem. Being the nearest P.O have always shown respect and politeness and always been treated well. Good selection of products and services. There have been three change of management and NEVER had a problem.

Used the post office desk at the weekend (Sat 30th December) and only 1 person (Older Guy) was working in the shop. I had a stamped envelope but required a Proof Of Postage. He stared at the envelope and seemed confused. Left me, to serve 2 other 'shop' customers who arrived after me, to which I raised my complaint. He said that the Post Office was shut anyway and could not be collected until Monday (even though I knew this to be incorrect as it was a Bank Holiday), to which I replied; if the Post Office was shut it should have a sign saying so and he should have said so when he began to serve me. He then came back to me and managed to supply my Proof Of Postage.

I was there at 20.50 and the person who was there in the shop said that the post office is already closed(it should be open until 22.00). I asked a few times when will it be open tomorrow, but he didn't even answered my question, instead he told me that I should tell when I want to come. Surreal, arrogant style, this place should be avoided!

people do not know how to operate the post office, and very bad customer service, just a guy running a shop to get some cash, nothing else does bother this people

Just had an issue with internatuonal parcel and staff refused to even try to help saying" that is not my problem-call Royal Mail". Wow.
