This mail centre hires thieves! Needs to be closed down until they are fully equipped with security guards checking staff bags upon arrival and exit! I legit Believe that thieves apply for jobs here just to steal peoples parcels especially during Christmas period!
STILL WAITING... My sons birthday present hasnt moved in almost two weeks. I can't find any information on collecting it. If they let me collect, I'd jump in my car .. But no.. that would be too easy! I understand they are on strike but come on.. It's their job! Grow up!
Terrible delivery service still waiting for delivery of parcel which was sent from bt on 48 hr delivery, on 2nd Dec now 6th Dec. No information as to when will receive, understand it is now at Rochester MC wonder how many days it will take to receive from there. Not holding much hope, if 48hr delivery paid for would expect 48hr service, taking money under false information
Terrible service. I know there's a strike but they're back at the moment. My parcel has been sat at the Medway depot for a week now and hasn't moved. No updates on it whatsoever. God knows what it will look like by the time it gets to me. I've been in Royal mail before and watched the way they throw parcels around into bins. No care or consideration whatsoever.
My parents recently swapped internet provider from Sky to BT. Because of the strike action our new BT router and landline phones haven't been delivered. So they're now left without internet or phone. With my dad being ill they're unable to take hospital phone calls etc. This is unacceptable
Ordered 2 Electric bikes for Xmas on 4th December from China apparently they been in transit from medway to Glasgow since 21st Dec and when I phone they say "its still in our system " pity the poor buggers that r peddling them from medway to Springburn,Glasgow lol
I have been waiting since 5/12/2022 for my fuel allowance top up from my energy supplier,of which is still in your system my neighbours and I have not received any mail gor over three weeks,I am also waiting a letter regarding a scan which was posted couple of days later im sure I'm not the only pensioner waiting for our energy suppliers top up in the mean time how many pensioners will freeze due to your actions don't forget no one is indispensable

Sent parcel on a 48hr service on the 28th November… has been at Medway since the 2nd December- 14 days later still at Medway….
Terrible service, but perhaps if the Royal Mail paid their staff fairly instead of only looking after those at the top, the system wouldn't break down so often.
