We've had nothing but problems with these. And upon further investigation into the positive reviews left by other users on here, we have found that the positive reviews are left by employee's of the company, not actual clients working with them. Just a 'heads up' to everyone else.
One of my worst customer experience service I have had. An email was sent over 16 weeks including a reminder to confirm required work to be done on existing job file with the stg. All I got on two occasions was auto reply. Nothing till date. Absolutely ridiculous
I've found them to be quite pleasant and helpful... I spoke with Tammy and she was great.
If i could leave a 0 star review i would! These nuggits don't get back to you, at all!!! Sort yourselves out
They have no idea what they're talking about. Telling me i MUST do things which are no where in the regs, inspector literally making things up as she goes. Then when you try and contact by phone OR email, they totally ignore you. Not even the decency to get back to any of my emails or messages, no matter how many i leave. How can you deal with BC if you can't ever speak to them? Never ever had this issue with any other BC's I've worked with! Extremely unprofessional and I'm considering taking it further by way of legal action.
They work against you and not with you, the cost is is high, stress, time and financially.
Obstructive officer I would advise avoiding at all costs. Building Control Officers should be proactive and not on an ego trip. They got one star because I couldn't post with none!
Avoid at all cost , paid hundreds for building inspectors to work along side us in building works to be worked against , given wrong information on types of things we could do which cost us thousands when we got installed , to be told we couldn't have them after all And generally won't answer emails or calls Absolutely waste of space
Very good people to deal with and with a very thorough and professional attitude. Competiviely priced compared to the private sector.
