Story

The Martin and Co Medway Office is on Chatham High Street in the centre of town. We have been trading since 2002 and cover as Letting Agents the following areas, Rochester, Strood, Isle of Grain, Chatham, Walderslade, Gillingham, Parkwood and Rainham, Gravesend, Dartford.

We work very hard to consistently deliver a professional service whether it be to a landlord or tenants. Here at Martin & Co, we recognise that every landlord and tenant are different which is why we employ a strong team of professionals who are not only friendly and confident, but are able to adapt in order to meet specific requirements.

With a team that has large amount of experience in the Medway area, we also have to ensure that we focus on finding reliable, good quality tenants as well as ensuring that they are happy with the property the move into.
