We just went to the American Bar. The welcome at the entrance was outstanding and we were taken to our seats at the bar. The barman was friendly and knowledgeable, not over chatty and gave good service. We had two cocktails each and all tasted delicious and looked great in their individual glasses. Not overpriced and a good place to meet up. The only downside is the decor and atmosphere just lacks something. There is a better American Bar not far from here and it ticks all the boxes.
Recently stayed at the hotel with my wedding guests and had a fantastic time. Leah and the team were amazing. Everything went to plan, I highly recommend. Hotel and rooms are amazing, STK for the wedding meal was amazing, excellent food and waiters and we finished at Radio Rooftop WOW the best day and evening ever. Ultra modern, fantastic and highly recommend.
Outstanding hotel, all the public areas are extremely photogenic and striking. The hotel lobby upstairs is not to be missed. An Architectural marvel. The hotel rooms themselves when compared to other areas of the hotel are very very simple and lack individuality. Food and service was great!
A great visit to the rooftop bar with a view over London. They serve good cocktails and the food is tasty. Sitting al fresco is a really nice experience for this hotel. You have to book a space or you might be unlucky.
A perfect experience from booking to leaving. Staff were excellent and helpful. Food in Radio Bar was brilliant too with amazing views, especially at Christmas time. Cannot fault the stay at all.Rooms: 5/5
My wife and I spent our first wedding anniversary here and I can’t express how grateful we both are for the amazing custom and service. We felt so welcomed and looked after. They did an incredible job in decorating our room and making it feel special. The service in their bars and restaurants was equally warm. Brilliant staff and hotel on a whole Five Stars indeed.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. First of all, the service is absurdly shocking. I have no idea why they were ever rated highly on their service. The front staff whom I shall not name in favour of protecting her although there is no good reason why I should was impolite and dismissive. I dare say racist at some point. Now with regards to the room, it was prebooked MONTHS in advance and fully paid for. When we came at 11am and were told the rooms were in preparation, we understood, even took the liberty to not rush them and gave them a whole freaking day to sort this out. At 6pm, we were told that our bags were JUST brought to our rooms on the VERY FIRST floor. I simply fail to understand the rationale of this and that you have the audacity to even tell me “we are really full”, when this room was paid for MONTHS in advance, and we have been here yearly before the pandemic started. This is inexcusable, and a mere sorry will not suffice. I expect a plausible explanation, and I hope I won’t be dismissed for sheer stupid reasons.
We went for the cocktails and roof top view which is incredibly pretty at night. This is a place with a super sexy bar, gold leaf tables and a jutting lit up bar gift this place with a sexy seductive feel perfect for a date.A lovely place where your eye can linger on beauty from the front entrance to exiting there is always something enlivening to rest your eye on. The service is unobtrusive and yet attentive. We were politely recommended to a fabulous restaurant because the people didn't feel we would get enough to eat but we came back later for a couple of cocktails. The staff here are friendly are are quick to assess and meet your needs. We only had a couple of cocktails. I think they could improve on them but since I only tasted two this seems an unfair judgement. The second of the two cocktails was nice but it lacked a variation in flavours. I felt the cocktails here were over priced for what they were.
We didn't stay but attended a corporate event hence my review only covers public areas. But I have visited several hotels of this brand and they always impress me with their art and style. The steakhouse restaurant here is a bonus with excellent quality steaks.Location: 5/5
Fabulous atmosphere. Very welcoming and friendly attentive staff. Would definitely recommend for Christmas party nights or friend gatherings. We travelled from Ireland and was the highlight of our trip.Rooms: 5/5
