Lovely house, we booked it for mum's 80th and it was fantastic especially the boogy room, however the rooms are a wee bit dated, All in all a great house to party and relax Rooms: 4/5
We have stayed as a group 4 times now and have always had a great weekend. Chris is so welcoming and always provides lots of treats for our arrival. Already booked to return again this year!Rooms: 5/5
A perfect venue for any large group gathering, fantastic welcome pack. The house was warm and cosy and we all felt immediately at home in it. Highly recommended.
Perfect place to stay with a large group. Plenty of parking and close to nearby villages and shops. Loved the fact there were two kitchens. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms and so much space for everyone. Would be nice if the windows opened as we got incredibly warm. The outdoor furniture needs to be thrown away. Half of it is falling apart and we got loads of scratches. Please buy new tables and chairs.
Just spent the weekend here for a surprise 60th birthday. It is amazing and very comfortable. The table had been set for us arriving and the welcome pack was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely go back again.Thank you very much for making us feel so welcome.

I stayed here for a friends hen weekend and it was fab. A great place to rent if you have a large party! Loads of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and lounge areas, 2 kitchens. A short walk into the village where you can get a decent meal at the local pub. They let us hire some It's A Knockout style inflatables for the garden. Reasonable check in and check out times. Fantastic price when split amongst a decent sized group.
This House is Amazing !! I've served with my catering and Private chef services this house the 9-02-2019 for a group of 23 ladies for their hen party. There are 2 kitchens in the house on 2 separate levels and there are very ample spaces to deal with many activities . The house is situated at just 3 minutes drive from the town and it makes so easy get food and groceries at any time . I really recommend this house for your holiday in Moffat/ Beattock .

It is a beautiful house. The hosts are very welcoming and generous. By my opinion needs a bit more attention to cleanliness, in particular the showers and sinks.
