My husband and I stayed here on 21st April. Lovely and friendly place. Mark and Dawn are lovely. We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. The bed was so comfortable and the room was perfect. Coffee and tea facilities and complimentary bottles of water are provided along with good local area information. The breakfast was wonderful and cooked to perfection. The service is fab and friendly. We had a truly lovely stay and can't wait to return.

Booked into 29 Well street & was not disappointed, helped in with my luggage & offered refreshments. Dawn & Mark offer good value for money, impeccably clean & a good choice on offer at breakfast of cereal & a cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurts and fresh juices were available, it’s a welcoming & homely b&b & I will be returning and recommending to others.

Inexpensive and well worth it. The breakfast is to die for. Highly recommended for sure

Having traveled widely I have stayed in hotels large and small and of all star ratings. However the warm and friendly welcome we received from the immaculate Moffat B&B would take some beating . Brad and Ron were fantastic hosts , the rooms extremely comfortable and breakfast great . I would recommend this B&B to everyone and can't wait for my next stay whenever I am in the area
