From first entering the display area to leaving with our caravan, I can honestly say that we received the best service possible from all the staff but especially Liam. He approached us after we’d had a couple of minutes to look around and told us to just give him a shout if we needed anything. I hate being jumped on by sales people but I don’t like being ignored either and Liam gave us the perfect amount of attention. After looking at a few caravans we said we had a bit to think about and again, Liam wasn’t pushy in the slightest. We returned later in the week to look at the caravan we liked most and bought it. When we went to pick it up, Liam was really knowledgable and explained how everything worked with plenty of patience. We cannot recommend Tees Valley Caravans highly enough. The whole experience with them has been nothing short of perfect. Well done everyone at Tees Valley, a lot of other businesses could learn a lot from you.
Outstanding Not sure were to start really, exceptional company to deal from walking through the gates without a caravan to leaving with our dream caravan. The level of professionalism and politeness alone just makes you want to buy from tees valley caravans. Every single caravan was spotless and presented as is it was ready to leave which was a big thing for us as we'd visited various other dealers and the standards was just nowhere near these guys. Tom, honestly what guy he is. Charlotte, made the admit side an absolute breeze and the communication from the very start to arriving for the handover was second to none. Liam, well all we can say is every company needs a Liam, fantastic guy, a wealth of knowledge and has all the time in the world for the million and one questions you throw his way, genuinely you are a credit to tees valley caravans. We are extremely fortunate to have these right on our doorstep, however I'd happily travel the length of the country to buy from them. Thanks again guys. Steve, Sophie and Harrison.
A big thanks to the Tees Valley team, from initial contact to collecting our new caravan has been a pleasure. Communication is great even on your day off Tom , Nancy and Charlotte in the office kept us updated and the handover from Liam was spot on. I’ve bought several caravans over the years but this has been the best experience by far, thanks everyone. See you next year when it needs a service !
By chance last Sunday I saw the caravan we have been looking for on Auto trader advertised by Tees Valley I called the number not realising they had closed but Tom was more than happy to help. After giving us a great price for our part exchange we contacted the office on Monday morning where Nancy went over some finance options. By Tuesday it was all complete and they even offered to deliver our new caravan and collect our old one in Scotland on the Friday! Service was second to none and a pleasure to deal with. Went just too have a look we said came away owning a fantastic upgrade . From start to finish the family run business were friendly and very helpful and even went above and beyond for us so we could trade our old van in and pick our new caravan up 4 days after buying for our already planned trip away. Would definitely recommend buying from these guys.
We have just towed home our new Bailey Pegasus caravan from Tees Valley Caravans. We arrived on a dreary, wet November day to look. Nancy was so friendly in the office. Liam showed us round the caravan. He was so engaging & knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, we had a full demonstration of the caravan and knew it was the one for us. The service has been outstanding from start to finnish.Our driveway was not finnished so she was safely stored with them. An intermittent fault on the heating at its pre delivery check was completely sorted and we were ready to go! Full handover given. Would wholeheartedly recommend this reliable company with its friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thankyou especially to Liam.

We have today collected our recently purchased Elddis Chatsworth 840 Avante from Tees Valley caravans and we recieved our walk round from Liam who took time to explain in detail about the caravan and the workings; Liam top marks mate you were brilliant, from Tom the salesman who assisted right through the process the team at Tees Valley Caravans have been excellent no pressure sales, questions answered , so if your thinking a buying a caravan have look to Tees Valley Caravans
An absolute pleasure to deal with, very professional staff, beautifully prepared van, every detail checked. Highly recommend, and will most defiantly be back when its time to buy another one. Keep ip the great work team!
