I can say without doubt easily the best removals company and staff I have ever dealt with. Friendly, helpful and thoughtful guys all round who looked after my possessions and worked hard to work my hours and budget into my move. I would highly recommend Focus Removals to anyone looking for a stress free move. Thanks to Pete and the guys.

We used this company to move house. Some of our furniture quite literally ‘fell off the lorry’ because they didn’t secure it properly. It was smashed to pieces because of the fall. Other furniture was scraped and damaged due to being poorly stacked and handled. Some of our belongings have never been delivered including the drawer from under one of our beds. Over 1 year later and they refuse to provide any compensation or even say sorry. After ignoring us via phone and letter we went to the office a and they locked themselves in and refused to speak to us. I regret using this company and hope that others avoid them too. Disgraceful.

Focus removals gave us the lowest quote of the three companies we contacted. They also gave the most comprehensive service as our couch was to big to fit through the new door. The lads just rang the office and asked to get their window fitter out to help us and he came out and safely removed the window to get our couch in. A team of three came the afternoon before we moved and packed all our belongings calmly, carefully and efficiently. The next day, a team of three came and packed everything into two vans, moved it to our new home and unpacked everything in a friendly, careful manner, even asking us afterwards if there was anything we would prefer moving to another room. They really were excellent and we would strongly recommend them.

From start to finish I must say this company and lads gave an excellent service. From arranging my booking to moving us into our new home the professionalism and expertise they showed was first class. I was worried at first as we have some very heavy and valuable furniture and didn't want any damage to be done however the lads transfered our furniture from our old house to new with ease and fully covered everything and delivered it without any damage at all which we where really happy about. Overall from what can be a very stressful time moving home, Focus Removals took the stress away and moved us without any problems. I can't rate this company enough and have already praised them to family and friends who will definitely be using this company in the future. Keep up the good work lads :-)
