I was attended to by Helen Martin. She was very helpful, knowledgable and professional. One look at my inventory and she advised that I would be getting more space than I actually needed. She then took us to see the rooms and we were able to save a lot of money. Nothing was too much for her to do to help. Indeed they lighten the load! Thank you very much.

Can't fault their storage services. Have used them on and off over many years. Better than just container storage..this is inside with lights, security, insurance and facilities like loos! and good business hours.

The staff were friendly and made the whole process quick and simple. The units are kept well and it's easy to go and come with items as you please with no fuss. I would definitely recommend to others.

thought i went to wrong place after reading these reviews totally not the experience i had, looked on line and gave my details and got a call back from a lovely lady so decided to go and have a look with my son on Sunday, the man in reception seemed nice at first and took us to look at some storage, my son questioned the size of the space and i questioned the price i had been given over the phone which he wasn't happy about, his attitude totally changed and we were practically dismissed he was red in the face and just said are we done !, then locked the unit and walked away, we were very uncomfortable he didn't even say goodbye shocking really, we went elsewhere and got a unit that was more than double the size for the same price he gave us, would not recommend this place,
