Just bought a used car. Staff very helpful and kept me up to date with progress of sale. Lovely people to deal with. Highly recommended.
I really didn't want to post this review however I feel like it might help others who buy used cars in the future from this place, around a year ago me and my mother travelled all the way to stamford from Leicestershire to view a very well presented seat mii and it was bought the same day. After 2 months of ownership we noticed excessive fuel consumption however we didn't pay to much attention due to fuel prices being high and E10 petrol however another 3 months later we noticed a rotten egg smell coming from under the car and my mother was experiencing headaches and sickness whenever she drove the car so when the Mot was due the emissions were unreadable the car had broken catalytic converter, after reading the report of the car when it was first listed at TC Harris Ford how did u not notice it needing a new catalytic converter? Throughly checked? Definitely not. Now the car is sitting on a driveway not being used due to the £600 Bill we've received from my volkswagen specialist. After All of this apparently the catalytic converter isn't covered on the warranty so that leaves us no choice other than to abandon the car. Avoid at all cost.
I bought a newish car from here at the beginning of September 2020. A gentleman by the name of please tell him where you saw this mention my name Paul Willis looked after the sale, very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended by myself.

First service today. Very impressed with the professionalism of all of the staff that were involved . Will certainly book again next year.
I bought a Fiesta from here 2 weeks ago. I'm very pleased with it and with the help I had from Darren, who was a pleasure to deal with. It was an easy process, no pressure or hard selling, and there wasn't the lack of trust I felt at most other car sale establishments.
Visited today to test drive a used Fiesta, the staff were all knowledgeable plus really nice and friendly.
Bit daft, I arranged appointment to suit my plans for the day. 13:00 was the time. I received two reminders by text for the 13:00 . I arrived at 12:55 to be told the engineer who would do the job was now going for 30 minute lunch break, and the job would take an hour. I had no problem with the lunch break. But I was not happy being told "that the time I was given, was the DROP OFF time". At no time in reminder texts or when booking my appointment was drop off time mentioned. The bottom line here is that I had to to cancel a meet with my bank, which with a little editing of text messaging would of been avoided.
Cannot recommend TC Harrison Ford Stamford enough for the help with warranty on my Focus RS. The car is like brand new again. Taken our other fords to them for servicing and upkeep and Dale is always happy to help. Always quick to respond and very informative with any questions and details requested. Technicians do good work. Thanks again Dale!
Poor experience. Pre booked an appointment to look at a focus and a fiesta. Upon arrival the sales guy I had an appointment with was day off, fair enough everyone has to have a day off, however I would of appreciated him letting someone else know so the cars were ready to view. We had to wait while cars were moved off their pitch one with a flat battery. I have since purchased my fiesta and focus elsewhere.
