Exceptional service from these guys, especially Luke Turner the Store Manager. I got a demo bike for the weekend and it was dropped off and picked up from my home address. To be able to demo a bike on your home trail is invaluable and Luke made it possible. I will definitely be buying my next bike from Rutland. Any queries were answered instantly by a phone call or email, Luke was always at the end of the phone doing his best to resolve any queries. There really is no downside other than not being able to consider these my LBS (Local Bike Shop) as they are too far away and I cant join them on their team demo rides, but this wont stop me from going back to them as a customer in the future, why wouldn't you with constant efficient, friendly & knowledgeable service?!

Luke was a great help today. He very kindly fixed the brakes on my daughter's bike, free of charge. Would highly recommend.

Always find the staff very helpful and today was no exception. Had my Trek e-bike updated and found a lovely new coat discounted from £79.99 to £24.99! Thank you to Neil for all his help.

Very helpful and accommodating. A lovely showroom dedicated to ebikes in superb surroundings. Recommend the Levo as trail weapon. Only concern would be to update the box / packaging for bikes.
