In a surprise twist - new bike purchased a couple of weeks ago: a few days later a brand new (2019) model launched. After a couple of panic emails and a call from manager Paul, I am back in the store and am offered an exchange for the new model: no fuss, no awkward “mmm, sorry we can’t help you” - just exceptional, sympathetic service. Picked up new bike last night! Huge thanks to Paul, Lee and Steve. 
That’s my custom assured.

Picked up new bike today - superb service from Steve, who offered sound advice, brought in a couple of bikes for me to try, was very patient while I asked so many questions and the no pressure / relaxed attitude made the whole process really enjoyable. Superb all round service, great showroom - well worth a visit.

Fantastic - Went to collect a new Marin MTB this morning after dealing with Steve over the phone. It was Steve's day off so it was Chris who dealt and assisted me this morning. Both Steve and Chris have vast knowledge and are a joy to deal with. An absolute credit to Rutland and even though I live nearly 3 hours away I won't hesitate going back or recommending them. In a word Fantastic!

These guys are brilliant for cycle repair and servicing. They are truly honest and only repair what is absolutely necessary plus are so reasonably priced. I had front and rear sets and chain replaced and they said it might cost around £130, but ended up at £85. Then had a knocking through the pedals, which turned out to be just a tweak needed. They could have fitted a new bottom bracket and I would have been none the wiser. This is what I call service :)

I went to the Whitwell store recently to buy a ladies road bike and had a great experience; the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the range available and what would suit me best. I was able to test them out in the car park and I thought the prices were very reasonable! Would definitely recommend!

Knowledgeable bike sales assistants who couldn't have been more helpful. Test rides of possibilities around car park were invaluable and worth the trip. Went on a Friday in winter so plenty of space in car park
