We are part of a long established family business owned by the Taylors Motor Group. Our experienced team led by Tim Taylor has been serving Spalding, Bourne and Lincolnshire as a Vauxhall dealer for over 25 years. All our services are located on the same large site, specialising in new Vauxhall sales, Network Q, Taylors Select used cars, servicing, parts, accessories and accident repair.

Absolutely fantastic. My elderly dad was in the market for a new motor...a used car but new to him. We saw a Taylors car on auto trader and got to them early doors as they opened on a Saturday morning. First they're a doddle to find. Acres of parking too. We started off with a super helpful chap who soon had us sat in the car. Once they'd taken driving license info we went for a test drive.  Once we returned we were dealt with the lovely lovely lovely carol. Think of the best service you've ever had, double it...that's carol. Simple and spacious showroom too. Really comfortable without being pretentious  The lovely lovely carol was calm, patient and professional. Everything explained very clearly. There's no hard sell, just clear explanation.  If you're in the market for a new car you'd be mad to not see what they have in stock. If it's a new vauxhall you're after I can't imagine the process being as pleasurable as it is here.  This is service at its very very finest.

A very clean showroom with experienced and knowledgeable staff and a good selection of vehicles. They tried hard to find my perfect car and arranged test drives in any car that I wanted to drive. The car I bought was valeted and ready for me with only a few minutes needed to complete the documentation. Super friendly people make you feel at home. I would recommend anyone to visit Taylor's if they are looking to buy a good quality used or new car. Totally satisfied.

Taylors of Spalding staff were good because they was polite and didn't push for the sale. They had excellent knowledge of all the cars and was able to answer every question I asked in a professional manner. Explained everything regarding finance to insurance and even service package but didn't force it on us. All round professional and excellent service and I will be recommending family and friends to try them out for a new car. Been a pleasure.

AVOID!  Brought a lovely fiesta ST from Taylor’s around April time. Shortly after collecting it , the vehicle developed a gearbox whine. Taylors of Spaulding kindly offered to collect the vehicle due to my work commitments. They told me that there was not a whine present, yet they changed the gearbox oil ? I later went back again and the technician who went out with me agreed there was a whine from the gearbox, and that he heard it when it first came in! Upon return of the vehicle initially  I inspected the car quickly to make sure everything was well. Low and behind both of my rear alloys were curbed and my drives door was dented!  They agreed to have the vehicle back to rectify the damage after telling me that no one would have damaged them etc. Ian Mills the directing dealer principle agreed and promised me the rear wheels would be painted the original colour and painted inside and out as they were from factory. Upon collection the wheels were a totally different shade of grey which looked horrendous, and my fuel wasn’t topped up as previously agreed with Ian, yet because he failed to email me regarding my complaints, I was left with no record of this.  They ‘looked’ at the gearbox whine again by sending it to their Ford main dealer, who did simply a standard stationary vehicle health check. No road test, yet they picked up on worn rear axle bushes -  I collected the car 3 weeks ago!  Eventually after a busy day I collected the vehicle, which the condition is detailed above. I emailed Ian after the weekend to mention my concern on the colour of these wheels - of which he had sprayed all 4 to get a ‘perfect match’  The wheels in sun light are Primer colour !  All in all the experience I have had with Taylor’s after sales has been awful. I’ve taken multiple days off work to get the vehicle checked and dropped off For a total of 3 visits with the car.  The vehicles gearbox whine has certainly not got better,  after the gearbox oil service it was noticeably louder, and it continues to get louder. The vehicle has since developed a fault with the blower motor , upon which I was told I wouldn’t be offered a courtesy car in the usual manour.  I will not be returning to Taylor’s of Spalding and will be sharing my honest feedback

I had a 9am appointment at a Peterborough Vauxhall dealer to order a car on motabiliy. Arrived on time to find both of the people who deal with motabiliy cars were not there. In desperation, I phoned Taylor's in Spalding. Lance went out of his way to fit us in the same day. He is a genuine, helpful, friendly and lovely man. I can't rate him high enough. We ordered the car and he explained everything. I wish that I was dealing with Taylor's all along after the hassle I have had with another dealership constantly giving us the run around. No trouble about recommending Taylor's. Lance really went above and beyond.

You get the full service here. I didn't feel the car I bought was as keenly priced as it might have been, but they made up for this with great service. The model I wanted was quite rare, and they had a very low mileage example. The car came well prepared, and Lance was careful to explain every feature before we drove it away. It was like buying brand new, a years warranty, breakdown cover, generous aftersales service deal all included.

I had a great experience at Taylors of Spalding because the cars were head and shoulders above competitors stock in terms of condition and presentation. The whole team were first class from initial contact and test drive, through keeping me updated with the status of the vehicle while it was being prepared and ultimately the handover and follow up courtesy calls to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Will recommend.

I bought used Zafira from Taylors of Spalding. Carol Walsh was professional, great at communicating, completely transparent and respectful. Lance and Richard were also very helpful. Overall I was very impressed with the service and I highly recommend Taylors of Spalding. Thank you very much.

Taylors of Spalding were helpful because , very efficient service from offering of suitable vehicles to meet my needs, and closing the sale that day, with collection 2 days later.  On collection I was familiarized with the new driver technology within it, as this was new to me and was invaluable, the vehicle is a pleasure to drive, especially on long distances. Well done Taylors.

The experience at Taylors of Spalding was good because they took time to listen to my requirements and clearly explained the processes and requirements and adhered strictly to Covid guidelines.  Whilst the price may have been slightly higher than other garages, to us the extras such as 1 year MOT supplied, a Major Service done, 6 months warranty included and being a local trusted dealership more than compensated for this.
