Utterly bizarre experience! We have taken our Golf for its MOT here only a few months back when we last visited, the guy offered us a part ex, which we weren't interested in, however, we did say we were interested in perhaps selling, as we don't really use it. Called today to discuss and utterly shocked.  Patronising and smarmy from the start, so much so, I would never take our car back, never buy one from here and go out of my way to avoid. What a sterling PR job!

Excellent customer service. My car was repaired on time with loan car provided all under warranty. Thank you. Had tried booking in with a dealer closer to home but gave up after 11 calls. Got through first time , quick appointment, great service

Overpriced! Want to charge you 3x the amount for a part you could get for cheap somewhere else and refuse to fit a part you provide. Not helpful, unfriendly and way too steep for the shoddy work they do

Booked  a test drive, good communication with Iain who rang when he said he would a rarity these days given time to look at car on our own, answered questions we asked. No pressure sales, pleasant conversation. Excellent service all round.

I have been to this garage quite a few times with my passat and every time the staff have been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, I have taken it to them and described the problem and have had the staff from the parts department and a technician come out and have a look without me having had it booked in. They put a new centre cap in my wheel after I bought it without any extra charge. The service department have been great too, the girls are so friendly and keep me up to date when I've had the car in for services and mot. I will always go back there.  I'm here to update to say we have today purchased a car at crowsons. The service we have had from Ian has been amazing. We had a car in mind we had seen on the forecourt, he was able to fit us in to speak to him at short notice 2 days before christmas. We have been given a really good price on the trade in of our current car and nothing was too much trouble. Ian even txt us later in the day after he had finished to say congratulations, wishing us a merry christmas and he looks forward to seeing us when we pick it up. We look forward to picking it up new year's eve

Had an issue with my VW Atlas that I had driven over from Switzerland.  Jordan went above and beyond to ensure we had peace of mind before our return journey. Can't thank him enough.
