Where to start…viewed a car on Saturday, purchased and collected it on Thursday, whole process was seamless, efficient, professional and so friendly. We met Chris on the Saturday, lovely guy, no pressure selling whatsoever, and he gets even more credit for greeting our dog as well as us on arrival, and asking if she needed a drink! Next to Emily, not enough praise can be given, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, felt like I was chatting to someone I’d known ages, and didn’t roll her eyes once at my husbands humour, which takes some doing! We’ve purchased loads of cars from lots of dealerships, Baytree is a step above, instantly felt at ease and comfortable, a truly great outfit and the fact its family run is close to our hearts. Thanks to you all,  even for the bow! won’t hesitate to both recommend you and use you again in the future…….ps the car is really great too!!

Found the car I wanted at a good price, part exchanged my car with no problems. It's a family business so they know how to look after you. Coffee and enjoyable chat was a lovely bonus. Purchased a car from Glenn in April which was a faultless process. After having the car for a short time it developed an issue The team at Bay tree car sales fixed the  problem with no questions and doubts and whilst always giving a really friendly service and a hire car so I could still get about. I would definitely recommend them and have already booked my MOT and service for next year with them. I cannot say enough positive things about Glenn and his team. I can't recommend baytree car sales highly enough. Myself and my wife were looking for a larger car due to the roads around were we live. We actually purchased a range rover from a garage in peterbourough werrington moter sales but returned the car after 2 days due to numerous hidden issues and lies on services ect. We found Glen's place by my farther purchasing a car from him and when we went to pick it up we found the car we now have VW Toureg. We took it out for test drives and went to see it on numerous occasions even without booking or telling Glen or Tim we were turning up. Every time they were excellent, nothing was to much trouble, they were both lovely to my wife which is a rarety and she felt very welcome when there There was a paint job that needed to be done on the vehicle and glen has contacted me to make sure it is fitted in to be done around my times. Hi, I rarely comment on purchases. But would like to do an exception this time around. I’ve had such a nice experience interacting with Glenn when looking for a car that suited my needs that I feel I must leave a comment. Let me be honest: I have been a difficult client. I had many requests, complicated to fulfill. Glenn was brilliant. He accompanied me through the whole process, demonstrated patience, from helping me choose the perfect car, buying it, bringing it to his shop, polishing it up, verifying everything was working as expected and helped me with all the paperwork. Glenn is trustworthy, transparent in his interactions and competent in his domain. I definitely recommend Glenn’s car dealership, very professional from A to Z.

Enquired regarding a Land Rover, Discovery Sport via online p/ex form on Sunday 14 April. Never heard anything by 12 noon following day so phoned and was told he would get back to me in 20 mins. Never heard anything by 3pm so phoned again and told give him 5 mins and he would get back. Never heard anything by 6pm so phoned again only to be told sorry he has too much stock and now not interested. Could have told me at outset and not wasted my time. Funny thing is I have thousands in bank and could have bought it outright but after being messed about by somebody who is obviously not looking to sell a car I will go elsewhere, where somebody genuinely wants to do business. Obviously playing at selling cars!
