We had the pleasure of working with Darren when purchasing our car, not only was he patient with us his care skills overall where absolutely amazing he took the time to really let us look at the car offered us drinks and sat amd talked through everything with us and we all had a great laugh. We took out a care package on the car and we are over the moon with the car. Would highly recommend emg and Darren to anyone looking for a new car best customer service we've had when buying a car yet!
After having an awful experience with buying our last car me and my partner were a little uneasy at the thought of purchasing our next vehicle. We feel very positive now with our new car thanks to Darren. He went above and beyond to secure us our next car with in the budget we had. Great customer service thank you!
Told would take 2.5 hours to fix took them 6 had to keep ringing them as had work that evening did not have courtesy to inform me it's taking longer or give me time this was for a simple ford bonnet lock replacement also told me would be a certain price which was expensive but just wanted it doing so agreed but on eventual pick up tried charging me even more had to argue with them. no sorry it took so long you been without transport or discount for amount of time . Also needed a lift home by them which they did but there driver nearly had 3 accidents with manner of driving
Excellent service from Darren and the team at EMG Spalding. Drove down from Peterborough on a Saturday morning after having seen a car on AutoTrader with great spec. Even happier after seeing it in real life and being able to take it for a decent test drive. Darren was extremely friendly and easy to get on with, always making sure I was happy with everything, he was even apologetic for giving me paperwork to sign! Grateful for such an easy-going, non-pushy, no-nonsense experience. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Used EMG Spalding today for a service and MOT as I was fed up with the main dealer I was using trying to upsell and make out parts need changing, when they didn't. First impressions were good. Was greeted by a warm welcome by the 2 ladies behind the reception desk. A couple of advisers were picked up on my car, but good sensible advice was given. Overall I'm extremely happy with the customer service received and will certainly be using EMG Spalding for all my motoring needs in the future. Customer service as it should be!
Just finalised and collection of my new car all done and dusted in 6 days …I dealt with Paul who was knowledgable helpful pleasant and knew every answer to every question ..he even picked me up and took me home while I was without wheels …a good honest showroom to deal with .lovely cup of coffee too …recommend to you all …try them ,you won’t b disappointed …
It was such a pleasure buying my first car with EMG, Darren was amazing and made it such a great experience. Everything was done as he said, very trustworthy and really friendly. He was so easy to contact, was very personal, and making arrangements to visit/pick up the vehicle was never an issue. I left with a full tank of fuel and the car was absolutely spotless. Can't praise Darren or EMG enough I've named my car after him, what more is there to say.

I recieved the best customer service from Darren at the company , from the first phone call to meeting and then test driving the car i wanted , when speaking with darren he found the best car to suit my needs and finances , from start to finish nothing was a problem .
I take my car to EMG for routine services and any other problems that occur The team is friendly and helpful and any problems I have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
