Absolutely awful place of so called "business" they sell cars with hpi then make you pay the rest yourself, they didn't valet the car, didn't give it a service asked me to pay the in-house garage mechanic £10 after he took a tire off for me told my girlfriend to "shut up" on the phone all this to find the Car wasn't running right and didn't get it sorted during the warranty leaving me with a £3000 loss trying to sell it. Abysmal car dealership the only good thing is they do keep a lot of the classic dodgy car dealers all in one place. Ps. I was part of the whole process of my girlfriend buying her second car and was effected by the deal as I had to drive and comfort her while crying about the car, deal and staff calling her names on phone calls so no I wasn't a buyer but I saw first hand a terrible way to treat people. I don't normally leave reviews but this was awful and feel it need to be said.
Excellent customer service very friendly Lee the sales manager was absolutely brilliant took my car in had a fault, sorted it out straight away. We would use them again and recommend others to use them too
Awful service. Had nothing but problems with my car since I bought it and now Lee is just ignoring my calls or messages. Don't buy a car from here it will be a death trap. The 3 month warranty they offer means nothing as they don't intend on honouring it
Amazing customer service brought all my cars from TMG over the last couple of year always got us the best deals. They are happy to help any way they can. Really like the new car thanks Lee.
top man lee Couldn’t thank lee enough for his help and services , went to look for a new car on Monday not knowing I would end up coming out with a car I love. From start to finish my experience was professional and such a laugh he made me feel extremely comfortable with the purchase and was nothing but help . Edited from the 5 * that was asked for. Part exchanged a vehicle and the finance still has not been cleared on car that was sold to them resulting in me still having to pay, was advised to cancel direct debit from taylor motor group and then the settlement would be cleared not done as advised by citizens advice. avoid!!!!
I recently purchased a vehicle from here, 3 days later I had an engine fault which I wanted atleast them to repair it if they weren't gonna take the car back... I tried calling loads turns out the guy that sold me the car name is Jordan has been avoiding me and the whole company are trying to say it was his car and not theirs. But on auto trader and my receipt it shows it was from the same company... not trustworthy at all. Please beware before purchasing from these guys. Thanks. .. I never like writing a bad review but before it happens to someone else I thought I might.
Great service and extremely quick to communicate and answer any questions Sale was straightforward,no fuss. Lee advised and helped us find the car suitable and affordable for us. Highly recommend. Paul.
They expect you to pay up large non refundable deposits for cars before you can even test drive them. All others garages offer refundable reserves on cars. Awful communication, would not recommend.
